AFTER THE DISRUPTION OF THE SOVIET UNION, REPUBLICS OF MIDDLE ASIA INCLUDING KAZAKHSTAN, KYRGYZSTAN, TAJIKISTAN, TURKMENISTAN AND UZBEKISTAN, BECAME INDEPENDENT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THEIR HISTORY. MANY EXPERTS AND SCHOLARS BELIEVED THAT MIDDLE ASIA COUNTRIES HAVE UNIQUE SITUATION AND THEREFORE THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT, AND SAME AS MIDDLE EAST ARE ATTENDED AT LEVEL OF INTERNATIONAL. WITH ATTENTION TO SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION OF IRAN AND SURROUNDING OF MIDDLE ASIA COUNTRIES IN LAND AND UNABLE TO ACCESS OF FREE SEAS, IT IS CREATED POTENTIAL SUITABLE MARKET FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (TRANSIT) IN OPEN SPACE OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE. BASED ON THE LITERATURE REVIEW, IRAN CAN EARN 5 TO 6 BILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY FROM TRANSIT FEES, POTENTIALLY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE REALLY EARNED ONLY 1/5 OF IT.IN THIS ARTICLE, AFTER THE EXPLAINATION OF PROBLEM, QUESTIONS, AND LITERATURE REVIEW OF TRANSIT MANAGEMENT IN IRAN BRIEFLY, IT WILL BE EVALUATED IRAN GROUND TRANSIT ROUTE MANAGEMENT FOR PRODUCTS OF MIDDLE ASIA COUNTRIES IN COMPARISON OF COMPETITORS TRANSIT ROUTES WITH ATTENTION TO EIGHT ATTRIBUTE THAT IS SPECIFIED BY USING OF MULTI ATTRIBUTE Decision Making TECHNIQUE.
